DELIVERY

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the fastest time span, we at Wisdom Fine Fragrances (www.wisdomfragrances.com) work with reputed e-commerce shipping partners.
Wisdom Fine Fragrances (www.wisdomfragrances.com) charge Rs.150 per kg as a flat delivery charge. Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included in the listed prices.

ORDER TRACKING

The complete shipping details of the order, along with the tracking number of the courier service will be sent to you via email when the order is shipped.

ARRIVAL OF ORDER

Orders are dispatched at the earliest and you should receive them within 7-10 working days. Our working days are Monday to Friday, except Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the shipping address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

REFUNDS/RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within seven (7) days from the purchase invoice date. Please note, all returns or exchanges must be included in original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the order invoice or receipt.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be returned, refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@wisdombysd.com and send your item to 11A, Mahendra Industrial Estate, Sion Fort, Sion East, Mumbai - 400022

There is no exchange available on sale items.

Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee, so please be sure to double-check addresses. The customer will then be responsible for the charges of a new order.

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should ship the product to 11A, Mahendra Industrial Estate, Sion Fort, Sion East, Mumbai - 400022

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please use a trackable method for return shipping, and we are not responsible for any returned items that do not make it back to our warehouse.

Please send an email with the tracking number of the return shipment to contact@wisdombysd.com. We will not accept any packages sent without authorization, any shipments received that have not been authorized will be refused/shipped back. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may take a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@wisdombysd.com.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Cancellations have to be made within a maximum of 24 hours of placing an order. A formal email specifying the order number has to be sent to us within 24 hours of placing the order. However, the cancellation of an order will not be accepted if the order has been processed. The customer agrees that the company’s decision is final in accepting or denying the cancellation request. To cancel your order, you send us an email at contact@wisdombysd.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.

PRODUCT DAMAGED CONDITION

Please send us an email at contact@wisdombysd.com with the image/photo of the invoice copy or the order number, the damaged/expiry dated products 24-48 hours after the product has been delivered to your address mentioned while filling in your details
